Q. What is your standard turn around time?
A. Typically, 48 hours for a job requiring 2 hours or less of work. However, please keep in mind turnaround time is greatly influenced by projects already in house. We will be able to give you a committed time frame once we know what is involved in your project. See below for information about additional fees for projects that require a faster turnaround time.

Q. Do you offer "RUSH" services?
A. Yes, however a 50% fee may be charged for projects requiring a faster turn around time which requires time outside our typical office hours (evenings, weekends or holidays).

Q. What are you payment terms?
A. At the present time, we only accept check, cash or money orders. For customers who have an on-going account with Laurie's Office Support, payment for all projects is due when the project is completed. For those clients who retain an on-going account, invoices are sent either weekly or monthly, depending on the specific terms individually negotiated.

Q.  What if I have a project that you don't have listed?
A.  It is impossible to list everything we are capable of,  so please contact us and we'll be happy to discuss your project with you.
